Pack the instrument carefully. SMARTEC is not responsible for transportation damages. Clearly indicate the RMA number on the shipment. Return goods pursuit the RMA instructions provided.  Scale/ Verification SMARTEC recommends the scale / verification of measuring instruments on a yearly basis. However, this determination remains the user’s responsibility based upon usage. Roctest advises that the period should not exceed 3 years for instruments with batteries and electronic components and 5 years for other measuring instrument.
